- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 72 hours after we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- Refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
- If you'd like to exchange an item, we are happy to assist, provided the original item meets the return criteria.
Return Shipping Costs
- Manufacturing Defects: If the item has a defect, we will cover all return shipping costs.
- Other Returns: If the item is returned for reasons other than a defect, a 30% restocking fee (based on the invoice value) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized, engraved, or special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
